Located in the heart of Causeway Bay, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring major shopping centers and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay with modern amenities and a clean bathroom. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options to start the day off right. Plus, the rooftop bar provides stunning views of the city.
One downside is the lack of transparency regarding renovations, which can lead to unexpected noise disturbances and closures of certain facilities.

Great location near the MTR and shopping center, making it convenient to explore the city. Comfortable beds and pillows provided a good night's sleep. The Skye Bar at the hotel was a highlight, with amazing music performances.
The rooms were overpriced for the quality and furnishings provided. An upgrade to the executive suite did not meet expectations.

Great location in a bustling area near shops, restaurants, and a subway station. Conveniently located near a 24-hour supermarket that offers delicious baked goods. Enjoyed a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. The twin beds in the room were big and comfortable. The furniture in the room, including the working desk and stylish rotating chair, added to the sense of space and comfort.

I recently stayed at The Park Lane on a family holiday and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping and dining destinations, perfect for families. The lobby is modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The room we were given was spacious and had great in-room entertainment options. The buffet breakfast at the hotel's Playt restaurant was delicious with something for everyone. The free shuttle service to Hong Kong station for Airport Express check-in was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Luxurious amenities were fulfilled at this hotel, including a well-appointed room and great executive lounge. the staff was very helpful, and the rooftop bar provided a great view of the surrounding area.
Only minor privacy issues were found in the clear glass bathroom separation, but this was easily remedied with the use of a curtain. this hotel offers a great experience for travelers, providing exclusive amenities and a convenient location with excellent service.
